Kayla loses teeth!

Kayla lost her first tooth shortly after her birthday in November. We noticed it was wiggly before her birthday and I threatened her if it came out before she turned 5. She was lucky and really excited. She handled it very bravely. She wrote the toothfairy a letter asking if she could keep it one night to show her friends at school and when she put it under her pillow the second night and awoke the next morning she was devastated to find that the tooth was still there. Why had the Tooth Fairy let her down??? (oops)
The following night the Tooth Fairy delivered! When Kayla woke the next morning, to her surprise were two stuffed figures of Santa and Frosty holding a note and a Golden Dollar. The note explained that the Tooth Fairy was busy helping Santa get ready for Christmas and he was running behind. He thanked her for her patience and rewarded her with a special Christmas present and her Gold coin. Let's hope the Tooth Fairy doesn't slip up again. What will be the excuse next time???

A short couple weeks later, her other tooth came out and now looks very toothless! Congrats on being so brave, Kayla! Mom and Dad are so proud and can we say Zach is a little jealous of your bravery??
