The Results are In...

So here are the results of what Hydro-seed looks like after about 8 weeks of growth. We are still trying to get rid of a local weed called Green Foxtail, but with a lot of pulling and some weed-killer, the grass is looking lush and green. We were able to start walking on it at about 6 weeks, but in just the last week we can run and even LAY on it.

Now that the grass is coming along, we can now start thinking about installing cement curbing for our flower beds, and if our finances permit, maybe extend our driveway on the east side. There is nothing better than seeing the fruits of your labor.

A big Thanks to Kyle's dad, Craig with Craig's Toe Tikl'in Turf for Hydro-seeding our yard and making many trips to Spanish Fork to ensure we were on the right track. We love our grass!

Swimming Lessons

Zach and Kayla had their first experience with swimming lessons this summer. Of course they had lots of fun. The last day of lessons they were able to spend the whole time going down the waterslide and off the diving board. Although I was curious how they would react to going off the diving board, they loved every minute of it and went off both the slide and the diving board multiple times.
